Paper Countertops?

Keeping on the recycled paper theme, how about a countertop made of paper?  The paper is mixed with resin then "cooked" into a sheet material. It's heat resistant to 350 degrees and fairly scratch resistant. If you are doing a LEED project you would pick up points for rapidly renewable materials, recycled content, low emitting materials and possibly regional materials depending on where the project is.
